Skippy's
My name is Shauna
Greene, my family and I adopted a mix breed dog named Skippy, we usually
call him Skip . He's became just like a member of our family, he
sleeps on the pillow beside me and he doesn't sleep with anyone else. He follows
me around the house everywhere I go, he even follows my mom around too.
My sister is usually asleep or downstairs but he follows her sometimes too. We
feed him everyday but he's to hyper to keep any weight on, the breeds he has
in him isn't supposed to be big anyway so it's good that he stays as small as he
is. He loves his exercise and loves to play, treats are his favourite, especially
the bacon cheese twist ones. He had become alright friends with our cat Snowy,
when they are both outside, Skip chases Snowy until snowy chases him around our
back yard. When someone comes to the house, he barks and squeals when they
come through the door. We have always said that if we were to have a burglar he
would lick them to death instead of attacking them like a guard dog. We love him
very much and he will be four years old April 26 of this year. After almost
three years of having him here in our home, we know we won't find another dog to replace
him if he goes anywhere.
