Kiwi & Hector

Hi everyone,

We wanted to let you know how we're doing since we've been in our new home.  We're loving it.  We sleep with Mama every night and she's so happy about that.  If we get up to play during the night, Mama will read for a couple of hours and then tell us it's time to go to sleep.   We do get into a little trouble - like when we break something, climb up the curtains, play with the dirt in the flower pots, knock things into the toilet.  Mama says "no", that it's bad, which we listen to for a few minutes.  But, when we run to her or get up in her arms and purr, she forgets all about what we've done.  She sure does love us.
We've had lots of people visit to see us and they all sound so happy when they take us up.
We went to the doctor this morning.   We got weighed - Mama doesn't know what we weighed when we moved in with her, but we're certainly bigger now.  Hector is the bigger of the two of us, though.  Dr. Tipple gave us a needle, which we didn't mind; said that we're very healthy; weigh just right and are "precious".  He was so nice to us.  Then Mama bought us some more toys!!  We didn't really like the driving, but Mama said that we were very good.  She would sing or talk to us and we liked that.  We're going again next month for our booster shot and surgery.  We don't know what that is, but we know that we'll be taken care of and that Mama will look after us.

Mama kept the names that you gave us.  Well, it was a decision by everyone - Aunt Lisa, Aunt Lesley, Angel, Brady and Mama.  We're glad, because we liked the names.
Thank you for looking after us while we waited for our new Mommy.  We hope that all of you and all of the cats and dogs are doing fine and that all of the animals find nice homes.

Your friends,
Kiwi and Hector
