The Bay of Islands SPCA is in no way (financially, operationally, administratively or any other manner) associated or affiliated with Pet Transfer, The Pet Palace, SCAPA or any other organization or undertaking concerned with the rescue, care, boarding, transportation or transfer of any animals within or without the province of Newfoundland Labrador. Any questions or concerns regarding such associations with or to the Bay of Islands SPCA, should immediately be brought to the attention of the Bay of Islands SPCA and will be addressed by an employee or member of the Board of Directors
